WSP are looking for legal counsel provide operationally sound advice and support to management and the client in relation to a broad range of legal tasks, agreements and related issues affecting WSP ensuring best practices remain current and active across the business units and projects. WSP welcomes applications for part time and flexible working and would be happy to discuss potential options with you as part of your application. In a typical week, you will: • Provide legal assessment of any regulatory impacts, as well as any other issues that may be of interest to management • Draw up formalities regarding the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of the legal clauses. • Be involved in preparing and drafting of different documents and legal submissions and draft the authoritative legal opinions • Draft contracts and agreements of all types and participate in all relevant legal tasks and duties • Analyze the risks resulting from contracts and agreements, and defining contractual terms and conditions • Conduct legal research on the subject of the contract to be drafted or reviewed • Provide legal advice and support in relation to contractual/legal matters • Work the WSP team to develop a plan and manage the implementation of the plan
We'd love to hear from you if you have: • Bachelor Degree with suitable training commercial laws • Excellent communication skills verbal and written both in English • 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
