Occupational Health and Wellness initiative on medical screening for
chronic diseases and follow up actions and maintain related reports.
in Audits on Contractor’s medical facilities such as Clinics and First Aid
Health and Safety department as and when required.
Welfare Coordinator is expected to work collaboratively with the
Project Engineers and Consultants counterparts in resolving in
Workers Welfare issues and maintain working relation with the
Infrastructure Affairs Department Workers Welfare Champion through
the Health, Safety and Security Manager.
5 years relevant experience;
First Aid training;
Fire Warden training;
3 year relevant experience in the Gulf region.
Through exposure to the Workers Welfare
standards applied in the Country, QCS, Qatar Labour Law, Civil Defence
specifications etc. awareness on SCDL, QF and Qatar Rail Workers Welfare
Extensive inspection and auditing skills
