We are looking for a Pavement Engineering specialist to join our ongoing Transportation & Infrastructure project in Qatar.

Responsibilities

·         Provide all necessary assistance to the construction team with respect to all pavement submittals \material\construction approvals, testing, sampling, etc

·         Assist with delivery of project in the field of pavement engineering

·         Identify the need of Client and the need of the end users

·         Participate in the quality control of pavement including all the laboratory and field testing, acceptance of used materials, checking and accepting all remedial and corrective measure

·         Review of method statement submitted by the contractor.

·         Review and approve (make recommendation for approval by SRE) of all submitted materials by the contractor.

·          Supervise, participate and direct sampling and testing\analysis of all pavement materials per the contract and the specifications.

·          Provide inputs on changes/variations/claims related to pavement, if any.

·          Liaison and coordination with client, concerned authorities, consultant, sub-contractor and contractor.

Requirements 

·         Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering with 15 years demonstrable experience in all aspects of civil supervision on major road, highway and general infrastructure projects preferably in the Gulf region.
