We are looking for someone based in our Jeddah offices to be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality HR service to the business by providing comprehensive HR administrative support and providing advice and guidance to ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with our company policies and labour law.


Duties include; -


·        Preparation and processing visas application forms in the concerned authorities (ministry of manpower and immigration departments) as per the applicable regulations

·        Providing the required support to employees with processing their medical tests as required

·        Arrange and process employees’ labour contracts, Identity Cards, Residence Cards and visa stamping as required

·        Arranging business and visit visas

·        Arranging and processing employees’ dependents residence visas

·        Responsible for the attestation of official documents from the ministry of foreign affairs and different embassies / consulates as required by the business

·        Assist with the registration of Engineers in the local Society of engineers & municipalities as per the business requirements

·        Assist with the renewal of company’s professional licenses / registrations in different authorities as required.

    Applicants will have Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PRO role and be fluent in Arabic and English.
