As part of our growth within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia we are hiring a graduate trainee PRO to provide a high quality HR service to the project team by providing administrative support, advice, and guidance to ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with our company policies and labour law.


A typical week will include:


·         Preparation and processing visas application forms in the concern authorities (ministry of manpower and immigration departments) as per the applicable regulations

·         Prepare and processing employees’ visas transfer, visas cancelation and final exits

·         Provide support to employees and when required, their dependents,  with processing their medical tests

·         Arrange and process employees’ labour contracts, Identity Cards, Residence Cards and visa stamping and process employees’ dependents residence visas

·         Arrange business and visit visas

·         Manage all payments, concerning visas processing, and submit the relevant receipts, bills and expense claims as per the company’s policy

·         Manage the attestation of official documents from the ministry of foreign affairs and different embassies / consulates as required by the business

·         You recently graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree

·         You want to throw yourself in from day one and put your studies into practice

·         You have excellent communication skills

·         You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas and collaborating with colleagues 

·         You have confidence to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
