WSP is looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join our expanding team to deliver an effective and efficient HR support across the region. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude and keep the trust of our people by providing them with reliable HR advice and quality service.

In a typical week, you will:

  • Organize and maintain employee records
  • Communicate proactively with the HR team to ensure HR administration services is actioned within the defined delivery expectations and tasks are prioritised accordingly
  • Prepare, review, and amend confidential documents including offers of employment, redundancies, amendment to contracts/ assignment details, and employee reference letters
  • Work within HR Shared Services environment; acting as one team, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver the highest standards
  • Provide timely, accurate and effective administrative support to the HR team and wider business
  • Advise Payroll of all employee changes (new starters, leavers, salary changes etc) in a timely manner
  • Provide full support with on-boarding process
  • Manage leavers process and ensures smooth exit for the employees

·         Are a Saudi National with a qualification in Human Resources

·         Thrives in a challenging work environment and has attention to detail, willingness to always help, demonstrated initiative and proactive approach.
